Sydney Friday November 2nd.

Today we went to Featherdale Wildlife Park, witch is about an hour with bus and train outside of Sydney, but well worth the trip. Featherdale has most of the native Australian Animals including off cause koalas, kangaroos, and saltwater crocodiles.

The weather was not on our side, so we got pretty wet, but it was still fun. We petted a koala, and took pictures with it (remember it is NOT a bear, the kids who saw Michelle Ried's and mine Spring Extravaganza 2 years ago should know :) )

We also petted and fed kangaroos, O my g... that was so awesome. One of the kangaroos had a Joey in the pouch, and it kept popping out it's head while the mom pushed it in again, so fun.

After we got back to Sydney we went to Darling Harbour where the Sydney Aquarium is located. It is one of the best aquariums I have ever seen, better than Baltimore. They have tubes you go in, and then the fish and sharks swim over and around you. Frederik just kept saying look at that shark and that sting ray, and that etc. etc. etc. He really loved it.

Than we saw the Sydney Opera House by dark :) - cool but the kids were so tired and it was also really late - 8pm - and with jet lag that is late.

Tomorrow we are off to Melbourne.
